Our medium-strength bands are designed to activate stabilising muscles due to their resistant nature. These bands are also ideal for stretching exercises where maximum resistance isn’t necessary, but muscle engagement is.
Our stronger bands come into play when additional weight isn’t an option, or when you need assistance in challenging exercises like chin-ups or dips. The strong bands are excellent for intense exercises such as deadlifts, squats, and bench pressing.
